Nike and Athens skate shop Color Skates will join forces to release a gyro kebab-inspired Dunk High later this year.

Color Skates is known for a wide variation of skating sneakers and apparel.  The shop’s collaboration with Nike, the Color Skates X Nike Dunk High “Kebab and Destroy”, is inspired by a famous delicacy from Greece.

This special silhouette of the Nike Dunk High will be infused with a Tan suede base with red laces. The shoe boasts the Swoosh to represent pita and tomatoes, along with a white toe box that resembles the tzatziki sauce.

The pair’s heel will feature a brown elephant print to represent the meat portion of the delicacy with gyro on the medial and insoles atop black midsoles and outsoles. The design then finishes with the “Kebab and Destroy” tag on the tongue.

Nike has yet to announce the price and exact release date of this collaboration, so stay tuned for more updates.
