Today’s sneaker menu is headlined by Trophy Room, a highly-coveted fashion boutique that will release another collaboration with the Jordan Brand. This time, the famous store will release the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 7 as a nod to the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
Trophy Room Releases a New Air Jordan 7 Colorway
The upcoming Trophy Room x Air Jordan 7 will be infused with premium suede uppers with Dark Obsidian, Obsidian, True Red, and Metallic Gold color scheme.
In addition, the heel tab design is inspired by the Olympic rings’ colors, while the insole – which is imprinted with “Monte Carlo” and “1992” – is a nod to the Dream Team’s practice venue.
The Jumpman logo on the ankle panel, along with the Trophy Room branding on the left heel counter, Michael Jordan’s Team USA jersey number on the right, and lace locks, are all implemented in Metallic Gold. You could also see an embroidered “New Sheriff in Town” phrase on the back of the tongue.
MJ’s signature on the side panel concludes the sneaker’s exceptional design.
The Trophy Room x Air Jordan 7 will come in special packaging that also features a clipboard and extra laces. Pairs will be available for a limited quantity on October 2022, exclusively at Trophy Room.
The pair’s initial price is set at US$225. However, expect that the market price will skyrocket over time upon release.
