This year’s celebration of the Chinese New Year will be more flamboyant as Nike has officially announced the release of the Nike Kyrie 7 “Chinese New Year” later this February.

Brooklyn superstar Kyrie Irving’s main signature shoe line is a regular star of the Chinese New Year celebration. The shifty guard’s signature pair is one of the most awaited sneakers during the CNY, thanks to its hot and flamboyant shoe iterations that nod to this annual celebration.

The Nike Kyrie 7 “Chinese New Year” will be featured in pink, black, gold, blue, teal, and white schemes. The pair is infused with pink-printed uppers along with black tongue tab with the Kyrie logo and lateral forefoot overlays come in teal.

Some additional features of this CNY-inspired pair are the blue laces and gold sculpted ornate-like Swoosh logo on the medial part atop black midsoles and white rubber outsoles. The design then finishes with embroidered branding in the heels.

The Nike Kyrie 7 “Chinese New Year” is set for release on February 25 at selected Nike stores for US$140.
