Damian Lillard
Nineteen 20-point quarters
Lillard already ranks at the top of the list of players with most clutch shots made this season. Lillard just has that clutch gene that not all skilled players like him has, and that gives him an advantage even when he is under a lot of pressure from the opposing team’s defense.
Interestingly, Lillard’s most productive performance in a quarter was the 26-point barrage he put up in the fourth quarter of the Blazers’ game against the Sacramento Kings in 2014. That was also the first time that Dame eclipsed 20 points in a quarter.

LeBron James
Twenty-four 20-point quarters
LeBron has been the best player in the NBA for much of the past two decades. At age 36, it seems like “The King” is not yet ready to relinquish his place at the top of the league’s hierarchy of elite superstars.
LeBron also produced 24 20-point quarters in his career, with the most recent coming from a 21-point fourth quarter performance in a Lakers’ win against the Cleveland Cavaliers last January 25.

James Harden
Twenty-five 20-point quarters
Harden’s best performance in a quarter was the 29-point third quarter production he came up with against the Atlanta Hawks in 2019. Harden made six of his 10 field goal attempts in that span, and tallied an eye-popping 14-16 clip from the free throw line in that quarter alone.
