CUSHION and SUPPORT
Dame’s newest signature pair utilizes one of Adidas’ newest technologies, the Lightstrike cushion system. This cushion system is known for its superb response and super lightweight cushion, which provides the user a perfect experience of explosiveness.
While the Boost technology is arguably the best cushion technology ever created by the Three Stripes brand, it is no secret that the Lightstrike technology is on par or might be even better, responsiveness-wise, than the Boost tech.
The main aspect of this cushion system is the combination of light weight, response, and excellent cushion in one pair. The implementation of the Lightstrike technology in the Dame 7 makes it firmer and more comfortable for shifty, athletic, and explosive types of players. They can move freely without worrying much about shocksand force in their feet when jumping and running.
The pair is stuffed with Achilles pillows reinforced with super-stitched uppers to make the pair stiff, narrow, firm, and stable in the heel area. However, the drawback is that the toe area is not stuffed with foams, which makes the forefoot a bit bubbly and wide.
